What is Righthere?
RightHere is a booking calendar for services and rentals. You create a booking page, share it as a link or embed it on your website, and customers book by themselves. You manage the calendar in your browser or in the RightHere app.
Does Righthere work for rentals?
Yes. RightHere works for appointments (barbers, massage, tattoo) and rentals (trailers, hot tubs, cottages, equipment). Rent by the hour or day, and with Rental pricing also by the night, as weekend packages or by the week.
How much does Righthere cost?
The basic plan is free: one service or rental item, a booking page, your own branding, customer ratings, reminders and calendar blocking. RightHere Pro (€4.99/month) adds unlimited services and rental items and an iCal calendar feed. Rental pricing (€14.90/month) adds day, night and package prices, seasonal prices and discount codes.
Do customers need to download the app?
No. Customers book directly in the browser on your booking page (e.g. book.righthere.fi/yourbusiness). The app is for business owners to manage bookings.
Can I embed the booking page on my website?
Yes. You can share your booking page as a link on social media, in messages and QR codes, or embed the calendar directly on your existing website.
How do I get started?
Choose your booking page address and sign in with Google or an email link. Add your services or rental items, set your opening hours and share the link. Manage bookings in your browser or in the RightHere app for iPhone and Android.
What is a booking page?
A booking page is a public web address (e.g. book.righthere.fi/yourbusiness) where customers see your services or rental items and book without registering.
Can the booking calendar be managed on a phone?
Yes. The RightHere app for iPhone and Android notifies you of every booking, and you can block hours or whole days straight from your phone.
Can I set prices by season?
Yes, with the Rental pricing add-on. Create a period, such as Christmas or ski season, and give each booking type its own price there or block it completely.
Can I share the booking link on Instagram?
Yes. You can add the booking link to your Instagram bio, stories or messages.
Can I see bookings in my Google Calendar?
Yes. Customers get a calendar invite with their confirmation, and with Pro you get a private iCal feed you can subscribe to in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The feed shows RightHere bookings; it does not import bookings from other channels into RightHere.
Can you build a custom booking page for our company?
