When prices are written in the description, guests always ask by message. With RightHere’s cottage rental booking system, every day shows its real price straight in the calendar – in peak season and at Christmas too.
Add photos, a description, the location and amenities. Guest ratings show on the booking page, so new guests can see what to expect.
Share one link on Instagram, in Facebook groups, on your own site or in your Google Business Profile. Guests book in the browser without an account or app.
One cottage can have several booking types: a nightly price with a minimum stay, a weekend package from Friday to Sunday and a week from Saturday to Saturday. All types book the same cottage, so double bookings cannot happen.
| Booking type | Times | Normal | Summer season 1 Jun–31 Aug | Christmas 20 Dec–6 Jan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Night (min. 2 nights) | check-in 16:00, check-out 12:00 | €120 / night | €180 / night | blocked |
| Weekend | Fri 16:00 – Sun 12:00 | €220 | €320 | blocked |
| Week | Sat 16:00 – Sat 12:00 | €450 | €850 | €1,200 |
Prices are examples, the same as in the demo cottage. The guest’s calendar shows the real price of each day.
Create a period once, for example summer season from 1 Jun to 31 Aug or Christmas from 20 Dec to 6 Jan. Give each booking type its own price for the period, or block the type completely. The shorter period wins, so Midsummer works inside the summer season.
Give out a code such as SPRING15 for 15% off a weekly stay that is not valid in peak season. A code can be a percentage, an amount off or a fixed price per booking type.
Block your own holiday weeks from your phone in a couple of taps. With Pro you get an iCal feed that shows all RightHere bookings in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
The confirmation comes with a calendar invite, and guests get a reminder before arrival. A confirmed booking keeps its price even if you change your prices later.
