A price list in the description does not tell customers what their dates cost. With Rental pricing, customers see each day’s real price and the total before they book.
A booking type says how customers rent: by the day, by the night, as a weekend or as a week. One item can have several types, and they all book the same item.
| Type | How the price is calculated | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Day | a price for each day | trailer €40 / day |
| Night | a price for each night, check-in and check-out times | cottage €120 / night, min. 2 nights |
| Package | a fixed price, starts on a set weekday | weekend Fri 16 – Sun 12, €220 |
| Week | a package for seven nights | Sat 16 – Sat 12, €650 |
Hourly rental also works without Rental pricing.
A period is a named date range, for example summer 1 Jun–31 Aug or Christmas 20 Dec–6 Jan. A period can give each booking type its own price or block the type. Day and night prices are calculated day by day; the start day decides a package’s price.
A code can give a percentage off, an amount off or a fixed price per booking type. You can limit a code to certain types and make it invalid during peak periods.
A month view shows what each day costs and which days are blocked. A confirmed booking keeps its price even if you change your prices later.
